Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Here's a general breakdown:

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp — so you always know exactly where your package is and when it's arriving.

If you haven't received a tracking update within 2 business days of ordering, just reach out and we'll look into it for you straight away.

How Your Order Gets to You

Delays & Exceptions

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product before opening it fully, then reach out to us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — no hassle, no arguments.
