Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Vaiikings glasses. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a simple 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. No lengthy processes, no hassle.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product doesn't match the description on our website.
• You changed your mind within the 7-day window — product must be unused and in original packaging.

What Cannot Be Returned

We're unable to accept returns for:

• Products returned after the 7-day window has passed.
• Items that show signs of use, damage or missing original packaging.
• Products where the protective film or seal has been removed and the item has been used.
• Damage caused by misuse, drops or liquid exposure.

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is easy — just follow these steps:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vaiikings.com or via WhatsApp.
• Share your order number and a brief reason for the return.
• If the product is damaged or incorrect, send us a photo or short video — this speeds things up.
• We'll confirm and arrange a free doorstep pickup at a convenient time.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

• UPI, debit/credit card and net banking payments — refunded to the original source.
• Cash on delivery orders — refunded via bank transfer or UPI (you'll need to share your details).

You'll receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed. If you haven't seen it after 7 business days, please check with your bank or get in touch with us.

Exchanges

Want a different style or colour instead of a refund? We're happy to arrange an exchange within the 7-day return window, subject to availability. Just mention it when you contact us and we'll sort it out.
