Yes, absolutely. Every pair of Vaiikings glasses comes with UV400 lenses that block 100% of UVA and UVB rays — the full spectrum. The polarized coating cuts down glare from reflective surfaces like roads and water, so your vision stays sharp and comfortable whether you're driving, outdoors or just out for a walk.

The glasses work with both Android and iPhone — no compatibility issues:

Android: Android 10 or above (location services need to be enabled).
iPhone (iOS): iOS 14.4 or above.

You'll also need the free Meta AI app and a Meta account to get started. Both are completely free to set up.

Yes — comfort is one of our priorities. The frames are made from lightweight materials designed to reduce pressure on your nose and ears even after hours of wear. The open-ear speaker design means the speakers sit near your ears without going inside them, so you stay aware of your surroundings and your ears don't feel fatigued.

Note: A USB-C charging cable is not included — any standard USB-C cable works perfectly.

Connecting Your Glasses

Super easy — here's how to get set up:

Place your glasses in the charging case and close it — the LED will flash blue, meaning it's ready to pair.
Download the free Meta AI app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app, sign into (or create) your free Meta account, then tap "Set up a device".
Follow the steps — your glasses will connect automatically via Bluetooth.
Done! Your glasses are now your primary audio device.

A couple of things to try:

Press and hold the button on the back of the case for 5 seconds until the LED pulses blue.
Make sure Bluetooth is on and your phone is close by.
Try deleting and reinstalling the Meta AI app.
If the glasses were previously linked to another account, you'll need to factory reset them first.

Basic audio playback works without a phone connection. For the full experience including AI features and firmware updates, you'll want to stay connected to your phone and Wi-Fi.

Charging & Battery

Charging is simple:

Place the glasses in the charging case — gently press down so the nose bridge sits on the charging contacts.
Plug the case into any power source using a USB-C cable (5W or more).
The LED turns yellow while charging and green when done.
A full charge takes around 1.5 to 2 hours.

We recommend charging before first use to get the best out of your battery from day one.

The glasses themselves give you around 4 hours of use on a single charge. The charging case holds extra power, so with a fully charged case you can get up to 32 hours of total use before needing a wall socket. Heavy audio use will drain faster, so keep the case handy on longer days out.

Two easy ways to check:

Open the Meta AI app → Devices tab — you'll see the battery level for both your glasses and the case.
Ask your glasses: "Hey Meta, what's my battery level?"

The case LED also gives you a quick visual indication when the glasses are docked.

A few quick things to check:

Clean the contacts — wipe the nose bridge area and the inside of the case with a dry cloth.
Try a different cable or adapter — some third-party chargers can be picky.
Check for moisture — if the glasses got wet, dry them fully before charging again.
Move somewhere cooler — the case won't charge in high heat as a safety measure.

Yes! We offer free shipping pan-India on all orders — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. Whether you're in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore or a smaller city, we deliver right to your door at no extra cost.

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days across India. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote locations.

Absolutely. We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not happy for any reason, just get in touch with us and we'll arrange a doorstep pickup. Returns are hassle-free — no long forms, no complicated processes. We just ask that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll get a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you always know where your package is. If you haven't received a tracking update within 2 business days of ordering, feel free to reach out and we'll check on it for you right away.

Warranty Coverage

Every pair of Vaiikings glasses comes with a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty covering hardware defects. This includes things like:

Manufacturing defects in the frame or components.
Audio malfunctions under normal use.
Charging case or port issues that aren't caused by damage.
Any smart feature that stops working as expected out of normal use.

Basically — if something goes wrong that isn't your fault, we've got you covered.

The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage — things like drops, cracks, liquid damage or wear and tear from heavy use. It also doesn't apply to damage from using incompatible chargers or making modifications to the product. We'd recommend keeping your glasses in the case when not in use to protect them.

It's simple — just reach out to us via email or WhatsApp (details in the Contact tab) with your order number and a description of the issue. A photo or short video helps us understand the problem faster. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours and take it from there. No stress, no runaround.
